To receive the certificate of completion in Hebrew and English from the Ohayon Center and Boardroom Insider, you must meet the 80% attendance requirement and pass the final exam. Missed sessions can be completed by watching the recordings and submitting a make-up assignment.

The final exam is digital and can be taken from home at a time that suits you. Preparation is provided throughout the program. If you do not pass on your first attempt, you can retake it until you pass. The aim is to assess your understanding of the material and your ability to apply it.

In Israel, no government body accredits or officially recognizes certificates from private directors' programs. This certificate is issued by the Ohayon Center and Boardroom Insider. The program's value lies in its curriculum, lecturers, completion requirements, and the practical knowledge and tools it provides.

No. Board appointments depend on a candidate's experience, skills, professional network, and available opportunities. The program provides knowledge, practical tools, and preparation for the role, along with the option to be listed in the center's directors' registry.

Yes. We plan to offer advanced sessions, lectures, and additional professional content for graduates throughout the year. For each new participant who completes enrollment through your referral, you receive one advanced session at no cost. Choose from the available sessions and redeem the benefit within 12 months. Each additional referral that results in completed enrollment earns another session.
